URGENT Advocacy Alert: Contact City Council!

The City of Clifton will be discussing the ongoing litigation regarding the storage at the closed session of tonight’s City Council meeting. We urge you to reach out to City Council members to ask them to support the Board of Adjustment’s decision to deny the storage facility and continue the litigation.
Last spring the Board of Adjustment voted to deny the variances for Geeland LLC because it would disrupt the residents, will negatively impact the quality of life for Clifton, create unsafe driving conditions, and diminishes the City's investment into the Farm Eco-Center.
See the below message template and City Council contact information.
Dear [Council Member],
My name is [NAME] and I am a Clifton resident. I am writing in regard to the planned discussion of the City of Clifton’s ongoing litigation against Geeland, LLC at tonight’s City Council meeting.
As a [resident/community member/taxpayer], I believe this decision was made in the best interest of the community. I urge the City of Clifton to continue its litigation against Geeland, LLC regarding the Board of Adjustment’s unanimous decision to deny the construction of a self-storage facility 811/813 Rt. 46.
Thank you for your time.
Sincerely,
[NAME]
